Description
Page 1 of a science fiction comic written by Peter Schafer, illustrated by Brian Brinlee and colours by yours truly.
Borthaniel is a story about genetically-engineered animals born into a domineering world. Teddy bears are bred to serve humanity as caregivers to children or as frontline soldiers in galactic warfare.
Many creations, unable to cope with the pressures of a society not meant for them, pick up arms and rebel. The rebellion sets its sights on humanity's corrupt corporations and overbearing military presence.
Our story follows one of the rebellion's newest recruits, a teddy bear named Borthaniel. With the road ahead of them long and arduous, Borthaniel and a team of unique individuals travel across the Milky Way in search of a legendary "lost tribe".
